When the item/s have met all of the above exchange criterion, please email to: cust.care@giordano.co.id or contact us through the whatsapp at 0811-9630-2222. Under subject, please type Exchange
Provide your 1) Order ID 2) Item/s Information 3) Reason/s for exchange
Once approved, fill in the details in the bottom of the invoice. After which you may pack the item/s appropriately and send it via registered mail/courier with tracking number to the following address within 2 days:

The full one-way courier fee to our exchange location shall be borne by you
As for the exchanged item, it shall be send to your delivery address and also the courier fee shall be borne by you
Please be advised that when we have received the item/s we will have to ensure that it meets all our exchange policy criterion.
