Within a maximum of 3 (three) calendar days after the date the ordered items are received by the customer;.
Must attach and send a video (without interruption, in one continuous video sequence) when unboxing the ordered items;
Limited to 1 (one) exchange per transaction and only for the same item;
Exchange is subject to availability of the item;
The Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original purchase receipt (to avoid any doubt, original condition in this point refers to items that have not been washed, worn, ironed, and with the Giordano label (tag) still intact and not detached from the item);
item/s purchased online can only be exchanged through the online method, and the same applies to items purchased through our retail stores, which can only be exchanged through our retail stores;
We only facilitate exchanges for the same item. Other exchange methods may be considered on a limited basis or based on specific cases, subject to the discretion of Giordano;
For security and health reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
Undergarments, including socks;
Items marked as non-exchangeable; and
Items that have been worn, washed, or ironed.

Provide your 1) Order ID 2) Item/s Information 3) Reason/s for exchange
Once approved, fill in the details in the bottom of the invoice. After which you may pack the item/s appropriately and send it via registered mail/courier with tracking number to the following address within 2 days:

As for the exchanged item, it shall be send to your delivery address and also the courier fee shall be borne by you
Please be advised that when we have received the item/s we will have to ensure that it meets all our exchange policy criterion. In the event, that the criterion is not met, we reserve the right to return the item/s back at the customer expense. At the same time, we shall not be hold accountable for the item/s
