EShop Exchange Policy


  1. Within 7 days upon the order received date.
  2. Limited to one time per transaction and for the same item/s only
  3. Exchange is subjected to item/s availability
  4. The Item(s) must be in it's original condition* and accompanied with the original E-shop purchased invoice (*not washed, worn or ironed and with the Giordano label tag/s intact)
  5. Item/s purchased via EShop www.giordano.com cannot be exchanged in our retail stores or Vice Versa
  6. Strictly No Refund
  7. Unexchangeable Item/s :
    • Undergarments, Socks or Personal
    • Marked as Not Exchangeable
    • Worn, Washed or Ironed


E-Shop Exchange Procedure


  1. When the item/s have met all of the above exchange criterion, please email to: cust.care@giordano.co.id or contact us through the whatsapp at 0811-9630-2222. Under subject, please type Exchange
  2. Provide your 1) Order ID 2) Item/s Information 3) Reason/s for exchange
  3. Once approved, fill in the details in the bottom of the invoice. After which you may pack the item/s appropriately and send it via registered mail/courier with tracking number to the following address within 2 days:

    Jakarta Selatan, 12240
    Attention: E-Shop

  4. The full one-way courier fee to our exchange location shall be borne by you
  5. As for the exchanged item, it shall be send to your delivery address and also the courier fee shall be borne by you
  6. Please be advised that when we have received the item/s we will have to ensure that it meets all our exchange policy criterion. In the event, that the criterion is not met, we reserve the right to return the item/s back at the customer expense. At the same time, we shall not be hold accountable for the item/s
