SHIPPING POLICY
- All shipments will be delivered through our Shipping Partner - SkyEx
- Shipping will be free on all orders above AED150, otherwise there will be a AED15 charge per shipment. (UAE ONLY) If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not already been processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (if paid by credit/debit card). We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out, still wants to cancel then we will not refund the shipping cost.
- Shipments within the UAE will take 4 - 5 working days, for international deliveries will take 12 to 15 working days (as of now we are not delivering internationally) .
- Customers will receive an email confirmation on their registered email once their order is processed.
- Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number & can be tracked on the Shipper websites.
- Customers can track their shipments on the shipping company's website by using the AWB number supplied. Links are:Aramex - https://www.aramex.com/ - SkyEx https://www.skyexpressinternational.com/
- Shipping is calculated based on the weight/volume of the packed items and the selected destination country.
- The shipping company offers delivery service within major city limits; orders outside of service area will be delivered to the nearest Shipping office as per the delivery schedule and terms specified. Additional charges may apply.

DUTY & CUSTOM
- Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities. These additional charges will be collected from the customer by the forwarder at the time of delivery.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
- We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts AED 10 for UAE as cash on delivery fee
- For using this service, you need to pay cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. This service is currently applicable for customers in the United Arab Emirates only.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Giordano and accepts Giordano's decision regarding the cancellation.
