Giordano Eshop Membership

Registration for our Giordano Eshop membership is free. Giordano Eshop members enjoy a 5% off discount off all regular-priced items purchased online. All purchases (both in-store and online) can earn you points.
Giordano Eshop members can collect points by registering their sales invoices. Once your online purchase points reach 200, it will enable you to upgrade your membership and become a World Without Strangers (WWS) member which is Giordano’s Global Loyalty Program (within a maximum of 14 working days).

WWS Membership (online and in the stores)

WWS members enjoy a 12% discount off all regular-priced items purchased online only and a 10% discount off all regular-priced items purchased in Giordano retail stores. .
All purchases (both in-store and online) can earn you points, and WWS members can redeem their points (20 points are equal to 1 AED).
To celebrate their Birthday, we offer WWS members a one-off exclusive 25% discount on all regular-priced items purchased in a single online transaction, which you can enjoy within 1 week prior to your birthday. Where promotional items are purchased as part of your Birthday offer, the lowest discount will be applicable. (promotion vs 25% discount).
However, in our retail stores, you can avail 20% OFF on all regular priced merchandise for the entire birthday month.

Points and Coupons

Earn Points

WWS members earn points automatically upon completion of purchases, both online and in our retail stores by their quoting WWS membership / registered mobile phone numbers.

Redeem Points

• Each time a customer makes a purchase through online they can redeem available points
• WWS members can redeem points only up to 20% of the transaction value of any regular priced items. For example, for a purchase of AED 100, one can redeem AED 20 worth of points only (equals to 400 points)
• 1 Points equal 5 Fils (1 AED equals to 20 Points) - Points cannot be earned on a transaction where points have been redeemed
  
• Points cannot be earned on a Cash on Delivery Payment Method Transaction
  

Points Expiry

Points earned remain valid for 2 years (calculated from the date on which membership is activated). The date on which points expire will be shown on sales invoices and can be viewed by logging into www.giordano.com. Points will be reset to 0 following the expiry date.

E-Coupons

E-Coupons can be purchased online under the heading members and WWS accounts. They can be redeemed at the time of check-out and payment of orders. Customer can redeem either their E-Coupons or points earned (not both) at the time of check-out and payment of goods purchased online.
