Drop at CollectCo Point

- Consider this method if you are not convenient to return via courier during work/class time. Most CollectCo Points open 7days/week, from early to late.
- Find your nearest CollectCo Point at HERE.
- Fill in your name, email, phone no. and order ID at HERE. Then proceed for RM7 online payment as one-way shipping fee. Goods returned to you will be sent by us for free.
- Stick your CollectCo label on the parcel and drop off at any CollectCo Point. Make sure your parcel adheres to Parcels Requirements Guideline.

Exchange at Giordano store

- As online store and retail stores apply different promotion campaign and pricing strategy, price difference may occur if exchange with different style OR the colour purchased is clearance item. If the item you wish to exchange exceed the actual discounted value of item returned, you shall pay the excessive amount. No cash refund if the returned item is higher price than exchange item.

- Exchange for ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS may required additional 7-14 delivery days, as it will be shipped from overseas. Sorry for inconvenience caused.
- As we aim to process your order as soon as possible, therefore all confirmed order cannot be cancelled.>
- We provide 1 time exchange service per order.
- All returned item(s) must be in new condition, label tags still attached, TOGETHER with original tax invoice.
- Your package will be inspected on return. For those not correspond with exchange & return policy, we will send back your package (OR reject your request if exchange at Giordano store) at your expense and responsibility.
- Giordano.com will not refund or exchange the following item(s):
- Personal items (such as leggings, undergarments or socks)
- Clearance items
- Items being damaged due to your personal reasons, such as being soiled/oiled, stink, altered, etc.
- Items we reasonably believe have been used or worn, ironed
- Items purchased from any Giordano retail stores
- Exchange subjects to stocks availability.
- If the item you wish to exchange exceed the actual discounted value of item returned, you shall pay the excessive amount. No cash refund if the returned item is higher price than exchange item.
- Any request made outside of the 30 days policy will be accepted at the discretion of Giordano.
Receiving Refund (Applicable ONLY for online purchases)
Your refund (based on actual discounted value as shown in tax invoice) will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 10 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third party payment providers involved. Please take note that refund is only applicable for online purchases. Refund in store is not allowed.

As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour(s) displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
Repeated Returns
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
Alteration Service
You may request a basic alteration service for your merchandise (jeans/khakis) purchased from Giordano.com, at any Giordano Malaysia retail store, TOGETHER with your original tax invoice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Giordano (M) Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.
