Kindly let us know before sending out the package . And advise us the tracking number after send out , as we can't get the package without a track number .

Remarks

1. All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.
2. Giordano.com will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear or socks), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
3. Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
4. Giordano.com will not accept refunds and exchanges of items which were purchased in our regular stores.
5. Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an invoice will be denied.
6. You will need to bear the one-way courier fee sending the item(s) to our offices under the circumstances of remorse returns, such as if the size doesn't fit, you don't like the color or have changed your mind, etc..
7. Return requests made outside of the seven-day policy will be accepted at the discretion of Giordano.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 5 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third party payment providers involved.

Colours

As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.

Repeated Returns

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

Products

We are not selling any watches on this Eshop. For any watches, branded Giordano, purchased from other platforms or channels, there is no further product information and support will be provided.
