Door-to-Door

Delivery Area

We offer shipping to all the areas of Thailand (residential and business addresses only).

Shipping Fee

There is a shipping charge of THB50, orders of THB800 or above will be shipped for free.

Delivery Method

We provide Door-to-Door delivery for both residential and business addresses but do NOT include hotels or PO Box addresses. We will provide you with a tracking no. when your shipment is ready. Delivery Time

We will deliver your order within 3-5 days from the date you placed it, online excusive item(s) will deliver from the date you placed it. In general, delivery time for Thailand major districts require 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, excluding Saturday & Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

Remarks:

Giordano will NOT take any responsibility for delivery delays.

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, customer need to be charged with THB100 as extra delivery fee and handling fee.
Please ensure buyer or recipient authorized to sign the delivery, Giordano will not responsible to any lost due to package receive by other recipient.

In-store collection

Customer can collect your order in selected shops.

We will inform you by SMS when your order are arrived to the selected store. The goods needed to be collect in 7 days (for online payment), otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. Please refer to Exchange and Return if you find any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. If customer has signed after receiving the goods,

Giordano Limited reserves the right to refuse your claim.

ค่าบริการการจัดส่ง

ยอดการสั่งซื้อน้อยกว่า 800 บาท มีค่าบริการจัดส่งสินค้า 50 บาท
ยอดการสั่งซื้อ 800 บาทขึ้นไป ไม่มีค่าบริการจัดส่งสินค้า

วิธีการจัดส่ง

ทางบริษัทจะจัดส่งสินค้าตามที่อยู่ที่คุณลูกค้าระบุไว้ในคำสั่งซื้อ

เมื่อสินค้าของคุณลูกค้าจัดส่งออก ทางบริษัทจะส่งเลขพัสดุ (Tracking number) ให้ทางข้อความมือถือที่คุณลูกค้าได้ระบุเบอร์โทรไว้
สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะของพัสดุได้ทาง https://www.dhl.com/th-th/home/tracking.html.

เวลาในการจัดส่ง

ทางบริษัทจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าให้คุณลูกค้าภายใน 3 - 5 วัน หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ โดยทางบริษัททำการจัดส่งวันจันทร์ ถึงวันศุกร์ ไม่รวมวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ตั้งแต่เวลา 09:00 - 17:00 น.

กรณีผู้จัดส่งไม่สามารถส่งสินค้า

หากขนส่งไม่สามารถส่งสินค้าให้คุณลูกค้าได้ เนื่องจากที่อยู่ที่คุณลูกค้ากรอกเข้ามาไม่ถูกต้อง หรือคุณลูกค้าปฏิเสธไม่รับสินค้าและสินค้าถูกตีกลับ ทางบริษัทจะทำการคืนเงินค่าสินค้าให้แก่คุณลูกค้าโดยหักค่าจัดส่งออก นอกจากนี้หากคุณลูกค้ามีความประสงค์ให้ทางบริษัทจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่อีกครั้ง คุณลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงินเป็นจำนวน 100 บาท

ทางจิออดาโนจะไม่รับผิดชอบหากสินค้าสูญหายจากกรณีที่บุคคลอื่นเป็นผู้รับสินค้า

เลือกรับสินค้าที่สาขา

คุณลูกค้าสามารถเลือกรับสินค้าทางหน้าร้านของจิออดาโน โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ทางคลังสินค้าจะจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังหน้าร้านที่คุณลูกค้าเลือกไว้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ หลังจากที่สินค้าถึงหน้าร้านสาขานั้นๆทางบริษัทจะส่งข้อความมือถือเพื่อแจ้งเตือนการเข้ารับสินค้า คุณลูกค้าสามารถเข้ารับสินค้าภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับแจ้งเตือน (สำหรับการชำระเงินออนไลน์) มิเช่นนั้น คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกยกเลิก
