Giordano Eshop Membership

Registration for our Giordano Eshop membership is free. Giordano Eshop members enjoy a 5% off discount off all regular-priced items purchased online.
Only Giordano Eshop members can collect points through registering their sales invoices. All purchases (both in-store and online) can earn you points and, for online purchases only, you can redeem your points as cash baht.

WWS Membership

When you accumulate spending of THB 2,500 or more, you can upgrade to our WWS membership. After registering the receipt within 15 days, the system will upgrade to a WWS member. WWS members enjoy a 12% discount off all regular-priced items purchased online and a 10% discount off all regular-priced items purchased in Giordano in stores. All purchases (both in-store and online) can earn you points, and WWS members can redeem their points into cash in Thai Baht.

To celebrate your Birthday, we also offer WWS members a one-of exclusive 25% discount on all regular-priced items purchased in a single online transaction, which you can enjoy within your month of Birth. Where promotional items are purchased as part of your Birthday offer, the lowest discount will be counted.
Giordano reserves its right to amend all membership privileges and applicable terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Points and Coupons

Earn Points

Each time you make a purchase at Giordano Online stores, You will receive a payment receipt with the registration number at the end of the receipt. You can register as a Giordano Eshop member by logging in at https://www.giordano.com/TH_Invoice Registration And register your reward points within 15 days of the purchase order. (please note that points earnt will be reset to 0 upon completion of the upgrade to WWS membership).
Non-WWS members who earn 2,500 points or more through registering their invoice(s) can apply for WWS membership after the upgrade system in 15 days can become a WWS member and enjoy additional privileges.

WWS Members: WWS members earn points automatically upon completion of purchases at both the Eshop and our retail stores by quoting WWS membership / registered mobile phone numbers.

Redeem Points

Each time you make a purchase through our Eshop you can redeem your points, the baht equivalent of which cannot exceed 5% of the total transaction amount of the purchase. By way of example, for a purchase of THB100, you can redeem 100 points (i.eTHB5).
You cannot earn points on a transaction where you have redeemed your points.

Expiry

Points earnt remain valid for 2 years (calculated from the date on which your membership is activated). The date on which your points expire will be shown on sales invoices and can be viewed by logging into https://www.giordano.com/th/member_point. A reminder will also be sent to you via SMS 1 month prior to the expiry of your points. Your points will be reset to 0 following the expiry date.

สมาชิก Giordano E-Shop

คุณลูกค้าสามารถสมัครเข้าร่วมสมาชิกได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ขั้นตอนง่ายๆในการเข้าร่วมสมาชิก Giordano E-Shop เพียงเข้าสู่ระบบที่ https://www.giordano.com/th/member_point.

สมาชิก Giordano E-Shop เมื่อสั่งซื้อสินค้าทางออนไลน์จะได้รับส่วนลด 5% จากสินค้าราคาปกติ และสามารถเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสมเป็นส่วนลดได้ โดยคะแนนสะสมจะได้รับจากการซื้อสินค้าทุกรายการทั้งทางหน้าร้านและทางเว็บไซต์จิออดาโน

สมาชิก WWS

หากคุณลูกค้ามียอดสั่งซื้อสินค้าครบ 2,500 บาทขึ้นไป ระบบจะทำการเลื่อนขั้นเป็นสมาชิก WWS ภายใน 15 วัน และสามารถใช้สิทธิประโยชน์เพิ่มเติมได้ทันที

สมาชิก WWS จะได้รับส่วนลด 12% จากสินค้าราคาปกติ สำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทางเว็บไซต์ และรับส่วนลด 10% จากสินค้าราคาปกติ สำหรับการซื้อสินค้าทางหน้าร้านจิออดาโน โดยสำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทางออนไลน์ คุณลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนคะแนนสะสมเป็นส่วนลดได้ (คะแนนสะสมจะได้รับจากการซื้อสินค้าทุกรายการทั้งทางหน้าร้านและทางเว็บไซต์จิออดาโน)

ภายในเดือนเกิดของสมาชิก WWS จะได้รับส่วนลดพิเศษ 25% จากสินค้าราคาปกติ เฉพาะการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทางเว็บไซต์ จำนวน 1 ครั้ง (ในกรณีคำสั่งซื้อมีสินค้าลดราคาร่วมอยู่ ทางบริษัทจะใช้ส่วนลดที่ต่ำที่สุดในการคำนวณราคาสินค้า)

*ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในการแก้ไขสิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิก รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่บังคับใช้ชั่วคราว โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

 

คะแนนสะสมและคูปอง

การสะสมคะแนน

สำหรับคุณลูกค้าที่เป็นสมาชิก Giordano E-Shop ทุกครั้งที่ทำการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทางเว็บไซต์ คุณลูกค้าจะได้รับใบเสร็จการชำระเงิน ซึ่งระบุเลขลงทะเบียนท้ายใบเสร็จ และสามารถลงทะเบียนสะสมคะแนนภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันสั่งซื้อ เพียงเข้าสู่ระบบที่https://www.giordano.com/TH_Invoice Registration

สำหรับคุณลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิก WWS แต่ลงทะเบียนสมาชิกในระบบ หลังจากคุณลูกค้ามียอดคะแนนสะสมครบ 2,500 คะแนนขึ้นไป ระบบจะทำการอัพเกรดเป็นสมาชิก WWS ให้อัตโนมัติภายใน 15 วันทำการ (เมื่ออัพเกรดเป็นสมาชิก WWS คะแนนทั้งหมดจะเริ่มนับจาก 0 คะแนนใหม่อีกครั้ง) คุณลูกค้าสามารถแสดงสมาชิก WWS หรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ในการใช้สิทธิประโยชน์เพิ่มเติมได้ทันที

การแลกคืนคะแนนสะสม

เมื่อซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ คุณลูกค้าสามารถแลกคะแนนสะสมเป็นส่วนลดได้
โดยทุก 20 คะแนน เท่ากับ 1 บาท และทุก 100 คะแนน เท่ากับ 5 บาท

คะแนนสะสมที่สามารถแลกได้ต้องไม่เกิน 5% ของราคาสินค้าทั้งหมด
เช่น ซื้อสินค้าราคา 100 บาท คุณลูกค้าสามารถแลกได้ 100 คะแนน (เท่ากับ 5 บาท)

*หากแลกคืนคะแนนสะสมเป็นส่วนลด ในคำสั่งซื้อครั้งนั้นจะไม่ได้รับคะแนนสะสมเพิ่มเติม

วันหมดอายุ

คะแนนสะสมจะมีอายุ 2 ปี (นับจากวันที่เริ่มสถานภาพสมาชิก) วันหมดอายุของคะแนนสะสมจะปรากฏอยู่บนใบเสร็จชำระเงิน
หรือสามารถตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุได้ที่ https://www.giordano.com/th/member_point คะแนนจะลดลงเหลือ 0 คะแนนหลังจากวันหมดอายุ
